HALIE MAJERUS

Born and raised in Elk River, Halie brings a strong Minnesota work ethic, a background in marketing, and a genuine love for community to Woods to Water Real Estate. After earning her degree in Business Economics with a Marketing minor from South Dakota State University and spending two years in the nonprofit world supporting local businesses, she and her husband Josh made the move to the Brainerd Lakes Area to embrace the up north lifestyle.

Halie helps clients buy and sell with confidence, care, and attention to detail—whether they’re searching for a first home, a cabin, or their next chapter in the B.L.A. She’s also actively involved in the community through the WAVE Young Professionals Board and coaching youth soccer at the local YMCA.
